When you register with our website and app services, you may be asked to provide your names, username, password, email, phone number, physical address, device information, and your location. This along with the services posted will be collected and used to assist us to provide you with the relevant services provided by Bidwoq platforms.

When does Bidwoq collect information?

We collect all this information when you download, register and use the Bidwoq platform.

How we verify user identity information

In order for registered users to be verified, the user needs to upload all the required valid and certified documents such as valid ID card, Driver’s license, Passport, Birth certificate etc. A valid proof of residence and clean criminal record is also required. For professional jobs, proof of experience is needed with reference. Other documents required as per services offered as a job seeker. Upon receiving the information, the user will be then vetted and received the verified badged will all requirements are met. If you are a passport holder, you must have a work permit, or a refugee ID for approval. Unfortunately, asylum documents are not accepted. ID validation documents will only be valid for a year, after those users will need to re-upload to continue operating as a job seeker.

We store your information while your account is active on our platform. We also retain your account information after deactivation as per applicable law. We also use retained information to prevent fraud or registering the same device information after a user has been blocked for been abusive or not adhering to our terms of use.
